Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, remote store integ tests use FsRepository. This assumes the interface compatibility. But we faced issues due to different implementation of repositories.

#15902

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, we should have ability to run remote store integ tests using different implementations of repository plugin.
