red5phone doesn't send any desciption parameters when call is initialized

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Javascript interface. Connect -> Register -> Wait
2. Dialing from other softphone.
3. Pick up in red5phone. Asterisk hangs up with the error chan_sip.c: 
Insufficient information for SDP (m= not found)
I've monitored sip protocol and found out that any of media parameters weren't 
be sent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Presence of media description parameters

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
red5phone latest. red5 0.91. windows
