Every time i try to login settings are lost

Hello

Everything work fine, i can make and receive calls.

But when i try to relogin to red5 phone the settings are partly lost.
"phone" "username" and "password" are saved, but all the other settings are 
back to default.

So every time i need to use red5 phone i must type the settings again.

I tried to change by hand anywhere i find default settings with the right 
settings but nothing happens.

I'm using red5 phone v47 on linux centos 64bit elastix
 server. 
I have installed red5 server with yum install elastix-red5.
