managing recordings form the moodle site

Right now as far as I can see:

1. Every recording is accessible to be added in every moodle course.
   So when the recorded files are increase it is very difficult to find and assign a recorded file as a moodle activity. Is it possible not to have every recording available in every course? A teacher/manager of a moodle course should only see the recordings he/she created

2. The recordings can not be (re)named or deleted at all.
   It actually would be nice to be able to set a filename of the recordings and find a way to delete the own recordings.
