Formatting issue: whitespace missing after author section

When compared to https://whedon.theoj.org/ as well as published papers, there is a small formatting mistake in this Github Action: There is no whitespace between the author list and the "Summary" heading. This leads to a different overall layout (i.e. page breaks occurring at different points).

Thanks for the report, I can confirm that this is an issue.

We are in the process of switching to a different Docker image (https://github.com/openjournals/inara), and I've fixed it there. Completing issue #5 will therefore fix this issue as well.
