xblock-sdk doesn't provide support to run gettext() method and the xblocks contain this method in js files crashes.
We should provide the support of it to extend the testing of XBlocks.

Example XBlock: openedx/xblocks-contrib#4

Acceptance Criteria:
XBlock sdk should support Word Cloud XBlock testing shared above.
