[Android] Download for HLS downloads .m3u8 file instead of the actual video

Description
Clicking download on videos using HLS downloads the m3u8 file instead of the actual video.

Steps to Reproduce
Go to a video that uses HLS, select download

Expected Behavior
When downloading videos that use HLS, the downloaded video should be of the user set resolution (or auto).

@edschema Yep, this is the issue that I have. In iOS, download is disabled for hls videos, and I have done the same for our Android version.
Should I raise a PR for that?
