Hi!

Based on the discussion from the recent End User SIG meeting, creating this issue to propose to have more guidance to set expectations on the survey cadence and management. Specifically this will help answering questions including but not limited to:

  • When should I expect the proposed survey to be live?
  • How long should I expect a survey to be active e.g. start and end date?
  • How many surveys can be generally prioritized in certain time frame? (e.g. x in one year, each last on average for y months etc.)
  • Do we support more than 1 survey to be running concurrently? or does it have to be scheduled in sequence?

After discussing with @AndrejKiri , we believe we need to at minimum,

  • review the past survey cadence and if there's any feedback we could collect, and
  • update the survey readme with guidance or insights we learned from past surveys and/or proposal
