There are a variety of Open Horizon documentation files which reference cloudctl and, by extension, IBM Cloud Pak common services. This doesn't seem to make sense in the OH documentation.
@johnwalicki A while back, @Abhijay007 mentioned this issue to me...I am not sure if he was planning to work on it, or if we need some in-depth Dev analysis before removing/replacing these references. And these files are probably also in the IEAM repo, so we will need to discuss how to handle that too.
The IEAM documentation is correct to include these pages. IEAM, by design, works within OpenShift.
I think we need to decide if Open Horizon (the open source project) also supports installation into OpenShift Container Platform. It most certainly works. I would think Yes. It should be a supported target (on any cloud platform - IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)
Then, separate from supporting OCP, we need to understand how the IBM Cloud Pak common services fits into the Open Horizon open source project. That's a harder discussion (for which I do not know all the nuances)
What is the current documentation state?
