有的源虽然能解析到但是会一直缓冲

似乎是播放器实现问题, VLC 会一直等缓冲, EXO 会 ERROR. 现在依赖播放器 ERROR 才能自动切换下一个.

需要某种手段检测到播放器长时间缓冲后就自动切换
