获取历史对话的时候，如果对话的内容有中文就会乱码。

很明显这个是编码问题导致的，常规来想默认应该就是utf8的编码，但是看起来并不是，所以添加了传递编码参数的方法。

if encoding != None:
          response.encoding = encoding

发现还有一个自动猜测的方式，但是保守起见，还是让它优先自动猜测，如果依然无解就使用传入编码的方式。

        if encoding != None:
          response.encoding = encoding
        else:
          response.encoding = response.apparent_encoding
