pip instal does not work

I could not install it through pip (pip install gdas-cmaqprep). It seems not to be in the PyPi repository (see the error message below). The development installation works fine.

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement gdas-cmaqprep (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for gdas-cmaqprep

Indeed we haven't actually published it to PyPI yet. I was hoping someone could test that it still does what it is supposed to do first.

Or, we could also just not publish it to PyPI and remove the mentions from the readme and docs, since you really need to use conda-forge anyway to get grib2io working.
