We should enable and/or configure dependabot.

This will help us to keep our CI workflow dependencies up to date, if nothing else.

I personally enable it on all my repos just to not have to think about it. I agree it could help stay on top of some of that stuff

Looks like @GaetanLepage will need to do this: https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/getting-started/dependabot-quickstart-guide#enabling-dependabot-for-your-repository

(or maybe an org admin?)
