fix(build): update nextcloud vue packages and dedupe vue-demi

Not sure which change fixed the build.

After the updates of
* `@nextcloud/vue`
* `@nextcloud/webpack-vue-config`
and running `npm dedupe vue-demi` and `make dev-setup` it worked again.
