Feature request: Add a separate scripts directory to the config file

This logically follows on my previous request. Just to keep things neat and tidy, I guess it would be nice to add a scripts_dir option to the config file.

This would then pave the way for writing coffescripts that would be transformed into js using hooks (if I understand correctly what hooks allow us to do).

I have the same reservations about this idea as I do about the style directory.

That being said, I do like the idea of handling Coffeescript, and the current hooks architecture can handle that already. If you want to get a headstart on this, the code in #69 might be helpful, but I am hoping to write a more generic way to do this (#77) soon.

I'm glad you are excited about wok. : ) If I seem unresonsive, or all talk and no code, I apologize, I am in my last term at university, so I don't have as much time to work on wok as I would like lately.
