SGSN MAPProxy

Connect the OsmoSGSN to the GSM/UMTS core network. It is implementing GSUP of OpenBSC/Osmocom and converts the requests to GSM MAP. GSM MAP requests like cancelLocation will be converted to GSUP.

The code is used in production.
