Remove forked ansible-elasticsearch role

This commit removes the (now old) ansible-elasticsearch role, since from
now on we will rely on the official elasticsearch repo [1] since it is
kept up-to-date.
We will configure a git submodule for the roles/ansible-elasticsearch
directory.
