Update ruby, mmtk-core and deps versions

The Ruby repository is merged with the official master branch.  It
includes a change that annotates the anonymous memory allocated by mmap,
and will be helpful for us to debug memory usage.

Also bumped the version of mmtk-core and other dependencies.
