Tags used in AutogeneratedMessage (in ServISData project) are from AutogeneratedMessageForm.Tags (in ServISWebApp project). I don't want the data project to be dependent on the webapp project...

Technically there is no reference from ServISData to ServISWebApp meaning the ServISData is not dependent on ServISWebApp. However the tags used in AutogeneratedMessage are from (what I mean is they are the same, hardcoded strings) AutogeneratedMessageForm.Tags. Maybe this doesn't need to be changed...
