Brief description of your issue

Issue: Update always available
I ran winget update again after updating this package and it showed me the same update.

Steps to reproduce

winget install --id DuckStudio.GitHubView --source winget --skip-dependencies -a x64 --installer-type inno --exact
winget update

Actual behavior

It showed me the same update.

Expected behavior

No new version for this package.
