Document each Log Analytics table and the Automation runbooks contributing to the respective data ingestion

⚠️ Problem

Optimization engine users need better documentation in order to diagnose and fix data ingestion issues. Having a reference about each Log Analytics table, the respective Automation runbook dependencies, and workbooks/recommendations depending on the table, would be very helpful.

🛠️ Solution

Create a new documentation page containing a reference list for all the optimization engine Log Analytics tables and their respective dependencies and downstream features depending on it.
