Description of the new feature / enhancement

After installation, it should be possible to move the content to a user-chosen folder and set it as the default.

Scenario when this would be used?

This is crucial for saving space on my system disk. While I understand that PowerToys has a small footprint, but it doesn't hurt to have this addition, and it can help a lot with a low-end PC like mine.
