Steps to reproduce

I enabled the PowerRename.

✔️ Expected Behavior

It will display on the file context menu successfully, and I can use it to rename a file quickly, when the PowerToys is running.

❌ Actual Behavior

It work for lots of minutes, but after that it can't be displayed on the file context menu. I've already checked the option, it's enabled exactly, but I still can't find the PowerRename on the file context menu.
