[FancyZones] Editor always open outside of screen boundaries

Steps to reproduce

When opening the zone editor on the middle screen (main) the windows is out of the screen boundaries.
This is not a new bug, it has been ongoing for a long time (forever?)

It seems some issue with centering, it goes beyond the screen of the same amount as the left padding.

Editor opens inside the screen

Editor is partially going over the screen
