Description of the new feature / enhancement

It will be nice to have a shortcut that switches on/off the key remapping of the keyboard manager.

Scenario when this would be used?

For example, there is no number keyboard on my 87-key keyboard. Sometimes I need to input several numbers into my table and sometimes I need to type in alphabets. It would be more efficient if there is a toggle shortcut that switches the input mode of my keyboard.
