Description of the new feature / enhancement

It's frustrating that basic features like Internet/Network Speed Monitor/Indicator is missing in Windows 11, but I hope PowerToy Community can built a far better and sophisticated design and utility than Microsoft..

Scenario when this would be used?

To monitor/view Internet Speed as well also monitor Connected Networks Speed.

With Various Measurements Like MBps Mbps KBps Kbps etc with various options like recording of Internet/Data Transfer via Different Network Type/Connections e.g. LAN/WIFI/Other means of Connections

with customisation options like colour/size of Text & UI with Position of Utility itself either in Taskbar or in Top/Bottom Left/Right/Centre of Windows with Opticity/Transparency options...

Internet Speed Monitor is Good Example of such Utility and I believe PowerToy Cumminity can built awesome things.
