Steps to reproduce

I'm running Windows 11 with the extended context menu registry edit, so that on right click, the "extended" context menu is the default as it was on Windows 10.
The PowerRename icon is duplicated, instead of there being only one instance of it

I tried the "Show PowerRename in 'context menu only'", but that made the icon disappear entirely.
