Steps to reproduce

Install Powertoys.
Uninstall Powertoys.
Right click on any file in the File Explorer.
Several lines with "Loading..." shows on the context menu briefly and then goes away.

✔️ Expected Behavior

After uninstalling Powertoys, my right click menu should go back to normal behavior.

❌ Actual Behavior

Several lines with "Loading..." show on the menu.
