Feature Description

Migrate the OnPrem Oracle DB to an Azure VM.
Also include the application server which does run inside an VM.
Use Traffic Manager to switch to the target env.
Do an online migration.

The challenge needs to highlight:

• Oracle License Issues
• CPU versus Memory ratio issues
• RAC not supported on Azure VMs

• How to best do an online migration to azure with close to zero RTO.

Oracle Linux version is very old, and the yaml update takes very long and also a restart is needed.
We need to use the latest Oracle Linux Image instead to avoid the update task.
Maybe we should already make that Oracle Binary available via an Storage Account instead of the need to download them from the offical oracle website.
We will try to get this all setup with Ansible.
