Preconditions and environment

  • Magento version: 2.4.7-p4
  • Anything else that would help a developer reproduce the bug:

Specifically is related to brand new versions of these modules:

"magento/module-payment-services-base": "2.10.2",
"magento/module-payment-services-dashboard": "2.10.2",
"magento/module-payment-services-paypal": "2.10.2",
"magento/module-payment-services-paypal-graph-ql": "2.10.2",
"magento/module-payment-services-saas-export": "2.10.2",
"magento/module-sales-data-exporter": "2.10.2",
"magento/module-service-proxy": "2.10.2",
"magento/module-store-data-exporter": "2.10.2",

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make sure Adobe Payment Solutions Credit Card Method is enabled and available
  2. Create a configurable product with custom option for file upload
  3. Add that item to your cart with a file upload
  4. Go to cart, should see item with file upload working
  5. Go to checkout, choose payment method credit card and finish order
  6. Upload is gone

Do the same thing with any other payment method, it works fine.

Downgrading these modules manually from 2.10.2 to 2.10.1 and the issue is no longer present.

Expected result

Order is placed, file upload stays with the product/order.

Actual result

Order is placed, file upload is lost with the product/order.
