Interface doesn't display on my site

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.7-p3
  -I have a site on directnic.com. I have installed Magento. I'm new and certainly don't know what I'm doing, but I can't make heads or tails of the dashboard as it renders. Does anyone else have this issue or can someone point me in a direction to fix it? I've tried resetting cookies, deleting browser history, temp files, yada yada.

Steps to reproduce

I go to my admin and get this screen. User name and password are fine.

Expected result

I expected to see the Magento dashboard

Thanks for your reporting and collaboration.
We have tried to reproduce the issue again in Latest 2.4-develop instance and we are not able to reproduce the issue.Kindly refer the screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Magento
2. Access frontend and admin
3. Observe page looks broken.

4. Run static command - bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
5. Refresh Frontend and Admin.
6. Observe application is displaying as expected

Can you please re-verify and confirm.
