Updated Where Am I Going modification to Minecraft version 1.18.2.

The mod can now be configured to only show the HUD in certain circumstances:

1. always
2. when the player is carrying a compass in the inventory
3. when the player is holding a compass in any hand

A default config file will be generated if the config file is missing.
