Dear @madi-nuralin

It will be best to take the Primary Menu to the top section because it will give much space for articles and web pages for better readability. As a journal website, it's best to prioritize the content.

Hi @ShubashBiswas
Ok, I'll take it into account.
Btw, the main reason why primary navigation menu is designed as sidebar is to resolve overflow issue, i.e. navigation menu is variable length (user-defined), and it is quite challenging to make it adaptive on top of the screen.
Maybe I'll consider an option when we can customise navigation location from theme settings.
