I see in Activity monitor that cTiVo is set to "prevent sleep."
However, if I close the lid on MacBook, cTiVo activity appears to get interrupted, whether it's downloading or encoding. I was hoping to start a download followed by encoding, then close the lid and have cTiVo continue to run.
I have a separate program that performs cloud backup. It too is cconfigured to prevent sleep and indeed, if it's running it will continue to run when the lid is closed.
As an experiment, I started the cloud backup while running cTiVo and closed the lid. The backup program continued uninterrupted but cTiVo stopped what it was doing (downloading).
Using MacBook Air with M3, MacOS 14.6.1
