Source breaks on setting up example project:

(sandbox)tschmidt@gatacho:~/sandbox/src/django-projector/example_project$ python manage.py 
import_media richtemplates projector
[DEBUG] Cannot retrieve projector's revision. Original error was: Not valid repository at 
/home/tschmidt/sandbox/src/django-  projector. Original error was requirement 'dotencode' 
not supported
Error: No module named web.simplevcs
