Hi I have a UW3082200 device with firmware 2022.12.14.1349. What is the path to custom firmware? I have tried many different ways but nothing has worked so far. Thanks!

Carlinkit 4.0 is U2AW so just put U2AW_AUTOKIT_Update.img on USB Key
Try oldest CFW first since your firmware is old

Hmmm it's not working unfortunately. I have tried a different USB stick also. Any idea what I could do?

The LED only stays red when the usb is inserted.

You must insert usb key only when red red appearing.
Try some firmware files (I guess near 2023 year). If device would accept it - it would start flashing red/green led.
