Could you please add a sound to let you know a download has finished? Obviously when I am downloading a game, I am not gonna sit there and watch the screen the entire time. It would be nice to know exactly when a download finishes, that way I can start another, without any wasted time.

I know it does. But it would still be nice to know when a download finished. But it might be impossible. I asked D0k3 to do the same with GodMode9, and he said that sound and internet are impossible with Arm9, though CIAngle might not have that limit?
CIAngel doesn't run in Arm9, but from what I've read, adding sound to homebrew can be a royal PITA. Might be better these days, I haven't actually done any 3DS dev work in a while now. I'll leave this open in case anyone decides to take a stab at it in the future.
YoltsTrev Strange... Arm9 modules should be running after the radio, meaning they should be able to have wifi, although it would take a lot of effort to get a login working. Sound should also work if they can init the speakers, which should be possible if they can init the screen..
