Bug: The option `presence: 'required'` is ignored #48

As per hapijs/joi#1844

using

const Joi = require('@hapi/joi').defaults(schema => schema.options({
  presence: 'required'
}));

doesn't make all attributes required by default.

What would be the best way to add this functionality?
