Usage: cs2cs <-f> <cp-in> <-t|-tb> <cp-out> [file-in [file-out]]
-tb Output with BOM, for UTF-16LE, UTF-16BE, UTF-8, GB18030 and UTF-7.
Type cs2cs to see the codepages.
