How do I run the blender script?

I am very new to blender so installed it, using pip to install modules into bundled python of blender.
I've opened visualization.blend file and I don't know what to do next.
I pressed Game -> Start Game Engine and try pressing the Z, Q, S, D key but it doesn't work.

I opened Window -> Toggle System Console and found that it said module GameLogic has no attribute 'rx'
how do I resolve this error? What do I miss?
