add max opening degrees

is it possible to add "max opening degree" for Self-regulation by direct valve control?
We control a radiator using a Sonoff TRZVB. If the opening valve is too far open, the radiator gets too hot. This could be avoided by setting a maximum value.

But it is heating too much, VTherm will reduce the power. Is this not working ?
What is the issue with a radiator which is too hot ? Is that relative with Vtherm ?

The radiators are quite small, and the water temperature is very high. This means that even at 50% valve opening, the radiators become too hot to touch.

My desk is just 1 meter away from one of these radiators, which makes it very uncomfortable. When Vtherm adjusts, the radiator is already too hot.

So far, I’ve only adjusted the temperature offset on the Sonoff devices and limited the maximum opening angle to 20%. However, I would like to switch to a variable valve position.
