Username password proxies

Having issues setting up my proxy that uses a username and password. I’ve seen the guide and followed it to the best of my knowledge but every time I start, it gives me an error at the proxy which I’m guessing I’m not setting it up right. I know they work because I use them in my browser. I used a proxy before in the env file but it was a simple ip port and ip authenticated. I am not using a global proxy file because I could never find it but figured I would try it in the env file as it worked before, albeit a simple ip and port setup
