i run your code i paste the url but it is not doing anything

at com.blackhole.downloader.utils.AppUtils.isVersionOutdated(AppUtils.java:39) version outdated issue i am runing on android 13 pixel 4

I've found that the code doesn't work on Android 13 and later versions. I'll try to release a fixed version by the end of this week.
