As a user, I want to use a Dracula theme for scrumlr, so that the application has the same color scheme as all my other apps.

Dracula is a theme for over 300 applications, bringing a consistent color scheme for all these apps. Contributing a theme for scrumlr would 1. allow users to use the same color scheme for scrumlr as for other apps and 2. be free advertising for scrumlr by being listed on the Dracula website.
