Sort columns by D&D

As a moderator I want to position the columns by drag & drop.

AC:

• A drag & drop handle is defined in the column header (e.g. an icon or the column name itself)
  • The drag & drop handle should not collide with the column visibility icon (eye with striketrough)
• Behaviour with column background colors on transition is defined

Regarding the ticket: An icon indicator to move (drag&drop) the column such as a "burger menu" or "6 dot dice"

**Otherwise we should generally change the division or display of the title area.
Additional idea: As soon as you hover between the columns, a "+" button appears to add another column.
