In particular, it would be helpful if the issues that are relevant to LC - i.e. are LC blocking assuming there are any, should be labeled as LC blocking. Currently, there are not issues marked as LC blocking. That suggests there isn't much discussion needed. IMO. |

The discussions feature doesn't appear to be used currently. Given at least some of the discussion related to moving EAT through LC might occur on the github, does it make sense to use this feature as a way to focus discussion?
