Snap not available on a raspberry pi 4 with Ubuntu 21.04

What is the current behavior?

$ sudo snap install heroku --classic
error: snap "heroku" is not available on stable for this architecture (arm64) but exists on other
       architectures (amd64, armhf, i386).

What is the expected behavior?

$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu 5.11.0-1007-raspi #7-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT Wed Apr 14 22:08:05 UTC 2021 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux

From some blog post I found the snap install seems to work on Raspbian OS (now called Raspberry Pi OS)
I think a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 1GB with Ubuntu 21.04 could run the armhf build
