Fix the calculation of the confidence interval; thanks to @jdalbers. Also sets the lower bound to Julia 1.7. The version of the package is set to 1.0.0 because that allows making MAJOR, MINOR and PATCH releases in the future. See https://semver.org/ for details. Setting the version to 1.0.0 does not mean that this package now works perfectly. The license is still MIT, so the functionality of this package is provided without warranty of any kind
