Symptom

Visual Studio Nuget Security scan showing Dependency Vulnerabilities on
OpenTelemetry.Instrumentation.Wcf 1.0.0-rc.17 need to be updated to 1.0.0-rc.18
and
OpenTelemetry.Instrumentation.MySqlData Latest prerelease 1.0.0-beta.7 (Deprecated) needs to be Updated to MySql.Data.OpenTelemetry 9.1.0

Reproduce

Create any project and install Grafana.OpenTelemetry 1.1.0 and build.
Inspect warning for CVE's GHSA-rxg9-xrhp-64gj
