Sync and issue problems. Windows 10

Vertcoin Extras takes an extremely long time to sync on windows. Tried on both SSD and HDD, and in both cases it took up to a full day to make the initial sync.

After the point at which it doesn't show there's anything left to sync, Balance shows but no assets are working. Issuing assets brings me back to the initial screen without assets. Reopening the extras restarts sync, does show that there is some information (likely the assets) saved.

Also mentioned in #1. I'm doing a major refactor ATM, but i'll work these issues into the next iteration.
